BREADSTICKS LANGHETTI

Ingredients:  Type 00 flour, water, lard, beer yeast, salt, malt. Dusted with ottofile  cornmeal, stone ground.

BARBERA MUSTARD GEL 

Suggestions :. good to enrich goat cheese seasoned, boiled meat in particular as a dessert

Ingredients:  ..Wine Barbera d'Alba DOC 60%, sugar, citrus pectin, citric acid.

It may contain sulfites.

Product where it's be used Celery

Best before:  18 months from date of manufacture

INSTANT  CORNMEAL PORRIDGE

Suggestions: use for 500g of flour two liters of water and one tablespoon of salt. Before boiling in a salted water, add the flour, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Thanks to the process of pre-cooking the flour is ready in 3-4 minutes

CORNMEAL PORRIDGE BRAMATA

Suggestions: use for 500g of flour two liters of water and one tablespoon of coarse salt. Before boiling in a salted water, add the flour, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.Cook for 30-40 minutes.

Suggestions: bakery confectionery product.  Excellent natural or stuffed with apricot jam or with hazelnut cream

Ingredients: 30% hazelnuts, sugar, eggs, wheat flour, vegetable fats (vegetable oils and fats not hydrogenated, emulsifier E471, acidity regulator E330), butter, potato starch, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agent (E401i, E500ii, starch), flavoring, preservative: potassium sorbate, salt.
