APPETIZER OF THE LANGHE  

From the tradition of the Langhe a typical appetizer with vegetables cooked in tomato sauce

Suggestions ready to serve..

Ingredients:   tomato sauce, green beans, onions, celery, bell peppers, carrots, olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar and salt

It may contain sulfites

Produced in a laboratory that uses celery

Best before:  18 months from date of manufacture

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct light

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within a few days

SPICES FOR GARLIC AND HOT PEPPER OIL 

Spices with garlic, oil and hot pepper,  to prepare the classic Italian spaghetti.

Suggestions Pour two tablespoons of product in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and fry for a few minutes. Cook pasta and once ready, drain and toss in the pan with the sauce. Serve hot with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients   hot pepper, garlic, parsley, salt, chervil.

Suggestions: Cooking time: 11-12 minutes

Ingredients: Durum wheat flour, dehydrated spinach powder 3%, dehydrated tomato powder 3%, beet powder 3% , turmeric 3%.

CONDIMENT TRUFFLE 

Oil with the prized black truffle to give a royal touch to any dish.

Suggestions: Just a few drops to enrich every dish. It is  great when spread on carpaccio of meat, first dishes , boiled vegetables.

Suggestions: it is classic pairing with egg pasta, tajarin, tagliatelle or pappardelle perhaps with the addition of fresh truffles or pore mushrooms.

Typical Ligurian sauce which can be served as condiment  for pasta

Suggestions.excellent pairing with Trofie, sprinkled with grated cheese as well as to flavor soups and boiled meat

TROFIE HOMEMADE

Trofie are a typical Ligurian pasta crafts characterized by curled shape

Suggestions:  The sauce that best fits well with Trofie is certainly the pesto. They are still very good with green beans and boiled potatoes or with sauces based on fish or other vegetables. Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water

RISOTTO PRIMAVERA

Risotto  made with  of vegetables, delicate flavors and fragrances of raisins edible flowers of Malva, Jasmine and Wild poppy

Suggestions Brown the product in a pan with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and onion finely chopped. Pour half a liter of hot water and, during cooking,  add two tablespoons of vegetable broth. After cooking, stir in the butter and let stand a few minutes
