Suggestions: The pastry porous and scuffed and the the particular shape with a hollow center, which preserves the sauce inside, makes them ideal for any kind of seasoning. Classic pairing with arrabbiata sauce, pesto or with a simple tomato sauce. Cooking time: 8-10 minutes
