Suggestions: Excellent seasoned only with olive oil or with walnut sauce, pore mushrooms or with nutmeg, butter and pepper. Cooking 3 minutes. They can be flavored with a little olive oil with truffle and a sprinkling of fresh truffles.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, Black Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 2%, Aroma.
