Suggestions: Blanch in hot salt water for 5 minutes. Add a knob of butter or a drizzle of extra vergina olive. Excellent, served with tomato sauce and fresh pore mushrooms.
Ingredients: Durum wheat flour, ground pore mushrooms (Boletus edulis) 3%.
Best before: 36 months from date of manufacture
