In case of no response within this time limit, the order will be deemed to be confirmed and the available Products shall be shipped. In this latter casethe entire amount for the missing products shall be reversed or otherwise, depending on the chosen payment method, will not be charged to buyer on line.

4. Prices and payment method

5. Delivery Time and Shipping
Delivery times are generally provided in 4 working days from the date of completion of the order next to appropriate confirmation of order via email.
The delivery of the goods ordered are anyway indicated on the order confirmation e_mail
The said period of 4 working days applies for shipments to Italy and other European countries with the only exception to Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein for which this period may be increased according to the different local customs clearance time.

All purchases will be delivered using vectors belonging to the groups GLS or Bartolini from Monday to Friday, except public holidays and national holidays.

6 Shipping Expenses
The cost of shipments is 8 € + VAT included for Italy and 29 € + VAT for Europe. For purchases over 150 € the shipping is free
For international shipments outside Europe the cost will be calculated based on the actual weight of the products ordered and will be reported in the purchase note at the time of completion of the order
In any case when the Purchaser online chooses a destination country other than Italy shipping charges will be automatically updated
7 Billing of the orders
If the purchase is made by a professional it shall be possible to request the issuance of the invoice by selecting the appropriate box during the ordering procedure and entering the billing information including tax code and/or VAT number. In that case, the invoice shall be sent by email to the indicated address. The professional is responsible for the proper entry of the billing data and he/she is expressly informed that if no invoice request is carried out during the ordering, it may not be requested at a later stage.
8. Warranty and defects
The sale of the Products are subject to the legal guarantees provided for in Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Italian law known as “Consumer Code” . 13 Applicable law and jurisdiction
