Suggestions: Soak in water about 2 hours. Bake in a liter of salt water by adding, during the firing, a soffrittto of onion and tomato. After about 45 minutes serve the soup hot adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, Parmesan cheese, pepper and chopped toasted bread.
Ingredients: Beans, Great Northen and Cranberry, Carrot, Tomato, Celery, Leek, Onion, Parsley, Mallow and Jasmine.
Cross Contamination: Cereals, peanuts, soybeans, dried nuts, celery, sesame seeds, mustard, dairy products, sulfites (present in raw materials such as garlic and onion)
Best before: 18 months from date of manufacture
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct light
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within a few days
